Florida Tupelo Honey

Tupelo Honey

The Reserve Collection

Delicate, buttery, and worth savoring.

Tupelo Honey is a prized varietal gathered during the brief bloom of tupelo trees.

The story of our Tupelo Honey starts in the swamps of the Florida Panhandle. When the tupelo trees bloom, hives are floated on rafts to bring the bees close to the blossoms.

For that short stretch of spring, the bees fly from their floating hives into the trees and back again, carrying the nectar that becomes this honey. By the time it reaches your table, every jar has a story that started out on the water.

Selected for our Reserve Collection, it offers a delicate sweetness with soft floral notes and a smooth, buttery finish.

Drizzle it over warm biscuits, pair it with a creamy cheese, stir it into tea, or enjoy it straight from the spoon.
